See You Sat., Oct. 3 at Des Moines-area "Mayhempalooza 2026"!
Middle West Press LLC, a Johnston, Iowa-based independent micro-press specializing in genre-bending anthologies and histories, will be participating in the "Mayhempalooza 2026" annual creative arts festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sat., Oct. 3, 2026.
The event will take place in the game room annex of Mayhem Comics and Games, 7500 University Ave., Clive, Iowa. More than 18 vendors are slated to participate.
"This is a perfect time of year for stocking up on spooky and cozy swag, books, and art," says Randy "Sherpa" Brown, editor at Middle West Press. "And it's never too early to look for the perfect winter holiday gifts for your pop-cultured friends and family!"
For its part, Middle West Press will be featuring its newest anthology release, "Cryptids, Kaiju & Corn, Vol. 2." They'll also offer a selection of "aggressively midwest" stickers and T-shirts.
